Classes are limited to 6, and provide limitless whole body Pilate exercises on the Springboard/towers while incorporating core eccentric mat exercises; a variety of props and are designed to be dynamic, while increasing your strength, focus and flexibility. All classes are reserved (*see below for more information) except Monday drop-in only class)
